This blog post is LONG overdue! I photographed Liesel and Handré's pre-wedding shoot (engagement shoot) earlier this year in Paarl - view here - and got to know them a bit better before shooting their wedding which was held at Opstal in Rowsonville. Liesel got ready at Die Eike Guest House nearby.
It was threatening to rain the whole day with dark moody clouds overhead and fortunately stayed that way till after the ceremony when I found a spot a couple of km's away from the venue, which happened to be the only place where the sun was shining. We knew it was meant to be! I had so much fun with you guys in that golden field and you just radiated your love for each other! Thanks Liesel and Handré for letting me capture your beautiful day! xx
