Michele + Bart | Paternoster

Bart and Michele are a stunning and chilled couple residing in Johannesburg and had their intimate wedding on Christmas eve in the equally stunning town of Paternoster - so naturally it was a chilled day with a special ceremony on a secluded part of the beach with only a handful of family and friends in attendance.

Yes, the wind might have half blown us away at one point, but it was such a beautiful ceremony and I almost forgot about it when I was busy photographing Michele and Bart and their radiating happiness :)

I loved Michele's grey/blue dress that was so fitting with the seascapes and the blues of the town. Also it was fitting that the decor be Christmas themed including baubles and crackers!

The speeches were so special and touching I had to hold back my own tears as I photographed people crying during the reception.
